Acne
treatment - The Sher System in action |
|
Early in January 1999 we received a completed
questionnaire from 16 year old Mark Ellis. He had already
been on antibiotics with disappointing results, and was
anxious to try The Sher System. |
|
The
following are his comments: |
|
“I am 16 years old and have
been suffering from acne since I was 11/12 years old.
During the last year it has got worse with periods
of very bad inflammation. It generally improves a
bit during the summer as a result of the sun. None
of the tablets I have taken have made any real difference,
nor have the various ointments, creams and proprietary
spot/acne treatments. I am scheduled to see a skin
consultant in March who may prescribe Roaccutane.
My parents found out about The Sher System and asked
me to write.” |

"I was concerned about Mark because his was a particularly
severe cystic acne condition. I phoned him and discussed

Mark's
mother wrote to me on 23rd June 1999. |
|

Dear Helen,
I enclose the most recent set of photographs and
negatives taken of Mark in June 1999. Mark has just
finished his GCSE exams (a relief for us all!), and
is currently on holiday with his father, Martin. They
left the day after Mark's exams had finished and I
promised Mark I would write on his behalf, to avoid
further delay.
Mark, and all the family have
seen a great improvement with his complexion since
using The Sher System, and taking the recommended
vitamin/mineral supplements etc.
It is noticeable that at times when he is not under
pressure, i.e. prior to working hard for his exams
- and when he has had plenty of sleep -his complexion
has improved greatly compared with how it used to
be - and I would say better than the most recent set
of photographs shows, which were taken when he was
in the middle of his exams. The stress of examinations
has caused some acne to break out - but not to the
degree it had done previously. Mark has worked hard
for his exams and deserves to do well.
Mark is looking forward to visiting you in London
and once he returns from holiday he will contact you
to arrange this.

Mark and his family
came to meet us at The Sher System studio
in August and the rest is history - his confidence
is restored along with his skin. How much healthier
is it to use The Sher System which
is safe and gentle
rather than potentially damaging drugs.
